1．检查机械系统及液压系统，柴油机水箱水位、机油油位均属正常后，方可建议柴油机。低速无负荷工作3～5分钟后，即可初步作业。 [1]

2．本机底盘由液压马达驱动，液压无级调速。调度柴油机转速和供油量（手阀控制）即可得到不同跋涉速度。组合阀进退手柄前推为底盘跋涉后拉为底盘撤离。其他下压臂升降油缸，上结构横向油缸，立柱仰俯油缸，起重臂弹性油缸，均各有组合阀手柄控制，手柄前推为油缸活塞杆伸出，后拉为活塞缩回。

2. the chassis is driven by a hydraulic motor and stepless speed regulation. The speed of diesel engine and the amount of fuel supplied (manual valve control) can be used to get different speed. 3．抵达现场后检查立柱是不垂直，如不垂直可用仰俯油缸（或斜拉杆）和侧向螺杆调整，立柱两头斜拉斜拉索确定，打桩移位时应随时查询立柱方位。

4．调整底盘纵向方位和立柱横向方位，使立柱抵达标定方位。

5．将液压锤升至较点，把钢管桩下部放到桩位上，上部对准液压锤下部的桩头，压住钢管桩，即可开锤打桩。桩头对钢管桩一贯坚持压力，直至把钢管桩打到规矩标准中止。

6．因本机作业环境条件差冲击振动大，操作时应随时查询各部动态。如出现异常噪声或其他异常现象，应随时停机进行检查，排除故障后方可继续运用。如发现液压系统接头渗漏或部件连拉松动，亦应停机进行调整和紧固，正常后即可继续运用。
